We are an interdisciplinary cancer genomics research group at the Biotech Research & Innovation Centre (BRIC) and Finsen Laboratory, Rigshospitalet. Cancer is a disease of the genome, and we are interested in the mutational mechanisms driving clonal evolution of cancer, in particular mechanisms of complex structural variants and the impact on 3D chromatin organisation.

Our group develop and apply computational approaches jointly with molecular biology methods to study clonal evolution and mutation formation in cancer samples (see Research). We have been awarded a LEAF Silver Certificate in recognition of our efforts to improve sustainability practices (see Sustainability)
Find us at Finsen Laboratory, BioCenter at University of Copenhagen.
Are you curious and passionate about science with a strong background in computational biology and/or cancer genetics?
We are always looking for highly motivated and passionate new PhD students, Postdocs, and Master students to join our team (more info) !
